Cancels Studies when it pleases them Left in dark

Due to no fault of my Son that the ridiculous post office goes on stick, and because they do not care WHO they hurt, Unisa never contacted my son regarding his payments, and JUST Cancelled all his studies.
My Son has e-mailed the "Ombudsman, finance, Student complaints, BUT NOBODY Cares a - They do not even respond to e-mails.

My son desperately needs to continue his studies but Unisa'a arrogant attitude is preventing my son from completing his studies

THEY ARE OUR CHILDREN OF THEIR FUTURE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND COULD NOT CARE

PLEASE HELP IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE WHO CAN GET THE DEAN OF UNISA RESPOND
