No Support from Student Support

My Husband and I are currently studying throught Intec and pay our account monthly and on time. About 4 weeks ago I requested that my bank details be updated as I moved from Nedbank to FNB. I enquired about this online through the Student Support link. I had no response. I enquired 3 times after that and only a week later did I get a response from Abongile that I must sent a bank statement. I asked if they needed a statement from my new bank account or the old one, again NO response. I have been sending emails and following up for the past 3 days. Even my husband sent an e-mail and still nothing. I find this unacceptable that we dont receive a response for me to just continue paying my account!! Why is there no support for the students that want to pay their account? you will now be deducting money from an account that I am no longer using all because of your neglegence. Please advise can someone just give me all the relevant information to change my bank details ASAP!!! Or perhaps I will get your attention if I cancel my debit order and stop paying??
