WAITING FOR TRANSCRIPTS - STILL NO RESPONSE

I've been emailing and calling UNISA for my transcripts but I've gotten no replies. This institution is notoriously bad with their customer service and it's impossible to tell whether I'll ever get my transcripts at all at this point. I've moved over to the UK so I can't exactly visit the main office.
