Poor poor service from UNISA

I have been trying to get a copy of my transcripts sent to another university. So far I have written an email to which an automated response was send. After eventually digging up a nber I was told that it would be better and quicker if I came to the Sunnyside Campus.
At the moment I have been standing in a queue for more than 2 hours (halfway now). Half the counters are not open either.
I can't believe that this level of service is acceptable. If fact it's disgusting. No response to emails. Now standing in a terribly long queue
