NO SUPPORT/INCORRECT STUDY MATERIAL

My daughter enrolled at UNISA for Bcompt Accounting Sciences in Financial Accounting, this year (2013). Upon receiving her study material from UNISA and buying the text books, she immediately started working- summarising the study units. About a week ago she received an e-mail stating that the study module that she received from UNISA was outdated- it was last year's material. As can be imagined this is extremely frustrating!! All her work since early Jan is now in scrutiny. IS ALL AT LOST, MUST SHE START ALL OVER AGAIN!!! she queried this with them and was informed that there's no new (2013) study guides. But on their website and tutorial letter there is new material. WHY IS THIS NOT BEING POSTED TO THE STUDENTS? DOES UNISA CARE IF THE STUDENTS SUCCEED? OR IS IT ALL ABOUT THE MONEY? YOU PAY THEM, THEY DON'T GIVE SUPPORT OR CORRECT MATERIAL. How will a student pass??? How will South Africa's education improve with such horrendous services being rendered by the institutions that we trust??
