No customer service for prospective students

I am very disappointed in the service that UNISA offers. My queries via email have not been responded to from going on to three days now. I also have tried for two days to phone and no one answers or the phone is engaged. When I finally get through I get told sorry it close to closing time so no one will help me now. That's the service you guys offer to prospective students...
