Unisa
QUALIFICATION STATUS FINAL YEAR STUDENT

I passed all modules and my qualification is complete, however, the qualification status on My Unisa still reflects as "final year student". I was told that a copy of my ID and matric certificate were outstanding, I have emailed these several times and when I did not receive any response, I then decided to go and hand deliver copies at Unisa, Christiaan De Wet Drive, Florida, on the 27 February 2013. The status has still not been updated. The closing date for yearly registration is on Friday and I am worried that I wont be able to register this year. Can someone please assist me, it is frustrating communicating with Unisa and I have exhausted all channels.
