Incompotent moderators

I finished my hairdressing studies in 2011 and wait now two years for competent moderators from SETA to moderate. I was informed by Rustenburg Orbit college that there are no competent moderators available for final moderating and that they also wait for news from SETA.. No Trade test dates or any news.
