STILL NO FEEDBACK

I have logged query regarding the cellphone I have not received and then also of my account with Intec. The last feedback I got was like usual we will investigate and come back to you. Till today I have still not received the feedback regarding as to why I have not received the cell phone and about my account. BUT I still get messages that I have to pay my account as I am in arrears. This is really rediculous that a person has to wait so long for any response. Student no: 10011562015
