Giving intec a better name!

I studied with Intec college through 2012, I have had such difficulty with them that I was actually still awaiting my results up until yesterday, I have spoken to so many people who kept on telling me they will get back to me and this and this and so eventually on monday the 25th I was so upset, called Intec student services again and spoke to Pierre, I nearly bit his head off but he was so polite and wasn't rude or short tempered once, yesterday the 26th of march I received a phone call followed by a e-mail from Pierre with my results, it took him 1 day to get a answer for me in which no one could do that for me over a few months. Thank you very much Pierre, not just for respecting me but going the extra mile and following up on me and giving me feedback so fast. Intec really needs more staff like you, then we will all get somewhere!
