Damelin - Rip Off's

I cannot understand how this institution is still running... after registering with them I found out I had to pay extra fees to another institution... so I paid Damelin thousands of rands for textbooks and that's all. Even in this regard I had to practically beg for my textbooks.

With no option but to persist, I paid the total amount in full and received a settlement letter and now a year and a half later I receive a statement saying I owe them a balance and they have gone ahead and listed me with ITC... furthermore I called the accounts department to query and low and behold, no one is able to give an explanation as well as a reference for the call or even advise on the next step.

Pathetic service as well as unprofessional-ism...
