No Refunds/Cancellation

On Friday (22 March 2013), I asked my boyfriend to buy me books at Juta, One was put on back order, and will only be delivered in 2-3 weeks time, he didnt check with me before palcing the order and that time is very long with me. This morning as early as 9H00 I phoned the branch, was tranfered 2 times by the contact centre before they answered.

They are refusing to cancel the back order for me, and this is only within 3 days (that includes weekend) from the time of placing the order. What has been done already for an order that will only be delivered in 2-3 weeks time,?

Juta is serving students and therefore caanot try and Rob us, we dont have money.

The terms and conditions do not say that back orders cannot be cancelled, I want my money!!!
