On 3rd July 2012 my Son Stewart (in America) faxed the university. Included in the fax was as DSAR08 form requesting that they send his sealed and stamped transcript to our address in Johannesburg.
His email was duly acknowledge - automatically.
That was almost 6 months ago.
My Son required this because he wishes to further his studies in America and this is preventing him starting his new course.
Our attempts to get them to respond after many emails and hours ours dealing with Unisa people on the telephone have proved frustrating and fruitless.
