Unisa
Need a letter in order to pay for registration

I have been trying for weeks now to get UNISA to send me a "letter of acceptance" as required by the bank to apply for a student loan so that I can pay my initial registration fee.

I have had zero response to several emails.

Please could UNISA send this to me so that I can make the necessary arrangements - I would think the University would co-operate with attempts to pay them money?
