Registration not going through- no response!!!

I have studies through Unisa for 6 years now and have had very few problems.

This year I registered and paid via EFT. My payment has not gone through and I am not registered on the system. I received an sms saying that I still need to pay, but I have paid R3800.

I have emailed and phoned- but have had absolutely no response.

Please just let me know if I'm registered. Otherwise I could be putting that money to better use for now.
