Self study

My son attends above centre. he was last week given new work as homework which has not covered before
he was at a total lost as he has not covered the work in school. i sms leila asking why she did not see he knew the work and also of keeping almost 2 hours there. i recvieved no response from her . at the next class i asked
her an this was her response. kumon is a self study, the child must look at the one example given and figure it out for himself. really then why are you there . if it was so easy i will give him his school text book which has more examples then the booklet he was given and tell him to figure it out. the worst part is i had to deal with your father who instead of corecting the situation went on to justify it by saying all four of you are qulified instructors and have been doing this for many years.. maybe kumon should give this centre some training in customer service
