I wa treated like a piece of gabbage

I went to the department of IT for enquiry and, hopefully, admission. I was handled in a very dismissive way. 1stly it was the PA who didnt even bother to respond when i greated her, being in the working enviroment for more than 7 yrs, its common courtesy to greet. I could have ignored that if they atleast listen to my query with intention to help, instead the shouted and then carry on with whatever they we doing as if i was not standing infront of them. I was quite disgusted with that attitude and i left without saying another world. fact is now i will not study this year. i was as student there back in 2007 and the service and treatment is still bad. I wish express my dissappointment and disgust with the HOD of IT Ms D Lakay and lack of proffessionalism from her and her PA. I even, made calls and sent emails after that encounter but Im yes to receive a response let alone answering the phone.
