Unacceptable lack of delivery

I am a teacher at a small remedial school in Hilton and we run off the Delta curriculum as it is, or was, user friendly for children that struggle with learning. All the children order their books individually and we facilitate their learning based on their specific needs. It is now long past half-way through the first term and all of out children have STILL not received their books! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! We are expected to have these children ready but they have yet to receive their work or the tasks required for them to successfully complete a year of school and parents are yet to be provided with any reassurance for this awful service! This is appalling and frankly should and will be bought to the attention of the media if not dealt with immediately!!!
