Previous Post Still No Response

I posted a post on Hello Peter about 2 weeks ago regarding getting a refund from Unisa for over paying. It is crazy to think that they just blatently dont reply. Students that has posted after me, get an response but my post just got skipped aswell as a few others. I resubmitted my refund form on Monday again and still no response on my first sumission even? Am I even gonna get refunded?

This is really dissapointing as I work Hard for my money and a R1675.00 is no joke! Please just so some decency and atleast reply!
