Poor service and no follow up

I had registered with this company for further studies, they send me books and say i must register with 3rd party company. they send me some books and a internet package. the internet package is still not working after 30 days. the books do not include important information that is required in order for me to get started with my studies, and registration with the 3rd party closes very soon. i have called them at the headoffices on various occasions, managers are never available and consultants are unable to help or provide time frames to look forward too. to top it all of, when you ask to speak to manager, you end up holding until you get tired or your airtime finishes, still unable to escalate the matter. i would suggest that you'll attend to people who pays your salaries or get out of the business, you cannot teach with proper skills for your staff.
i would never suggest to anyone that they study through you'll.
