In Deep regret for ever registering

I registered with Damelin late 2012 for SAIM National Certificate in Business Management, Mid December I recieved my Study material for the first semester, there are certain textbooks that Damelin is supposed to supply, which were ticked as packed in my package but they were not there, on 05 Jan 2013 I sent an email advising them I did not recieve all the books, I was told have not stock but will speak to stores to get an indication of when I 'd recieve the text books, I have called and Emailed several times since then, and I still havent heard anything from them, all I hear all the time is that they are out of stock. I will be writing my first exam in May, yet I haven't been provided with the basics in order for me to excell.

On top of this, I keep getting stupid SMS saying my account is in arrears, where as Dr Order goes off every month, it's reallty upsetting!! Can I please have my books so I can atleast get my money's worth of this Course. If not, can I please cancel the course, I dont care about the refund of what has been paid, I just really DONT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOU. I have been contacting your Student Support on the DCC Support Mail
