Unisa very bad service

After numerous mails sent to unisa for 3 weeks no reply on non of them, im still not refunded for my payment, cant get hold of them as they dont have a call centre any more, my student number 42111668. Very bad service how do they think you should contact them if they dont reply on mails or sms.
