Trainer needs attitude adjustment

I have no clue where to turn to but to take this into my own hands. My wife is busy with training for CNA in Pretoria. She phoned me today in tears telling me the trainer is harassing and humiliating her in front of all the other managers on training. I am going to sort this out myself as Edcon never sorts out anything. Just because of his skin color it doesn't give him the right to threaten her, but merely gave him the opportunity to get the job in the first place! Where do you get the right to treat people this way? She is being harassed because she is showing the dumb where he is making mistakes. Jealous?? This ends today! Phone me on the number provided.
