I am writing to express my disgust with the level of service I've received from UNISA. On the 24 of January 2013 I had registered for two modules online. However I did not notice that the modules I registered for had prerequisite until it was brought to my attention by Estelle Greeff after I had queried the inactivation of my modules. I told her I expected the system to notify me if I did not qualify for the modules as it always happened in the past. I then asked her what can I do going forward as I had already paid for the modules and would like to take other modules that I qualify for. In her response she directed me to mail all my queries to Scientia which I did and after a number of days had gone by they responded by informing me that I did not qualify for the modules, which I already knew and indicated to them. So again I asked them what do I do going forward to which I've since not received response from them which prompted me to email Estelle and told her I was not getting any joy regarding my query, she once again referred me to Scientia and I mailed her back telling her that I'm not getting any help from them. I have since had no response from either Estelle or Science.
