Dean refuses to help me when i enlisted his help

I wrote my last module towards my BCOM - Law degree during the Oct/Nov exam period with Unisa. I received my exam results confirming that i had passed the module and that brought the number of modules completed to 32 as per the degree requires. It has been published on the website that confirmation of completion, which kick starts the process to get degrees to graduands, would be made by the 31st of January. It is now the 19th of February and this has still not happened. I have made numerous enquiries with the university but no one seems willing to help me, instead i am given a generic response. I have studied for over 6 years to get that qualification and I am unable to use it to pursue opportunities i have identified because i must wait for whenever the university will decide to confer my degree to me. I contacted the dean to enlist his help and instead was responded to by a secretary who keeps responding to something i did not request, i.e. that the dean confer the degree to me, and what i have asked is that the dean help expedite the confirmation of my degree which i believe he can do by making requests with the relevant department that this matter be looked into immediately.
