No response and outdated material

I have sent an email 5 times to the lecturer and have not heard anything from him.
UNISA is outdated since we still have to study subjects that are not even taught in the new CAPS syllabus.
1) How come we still have to study EMS when it is not even being taught at schools any more? The new CAPS curriculum that has already been implemented into schools does not cater for EMS anymore.
2) I can not submit my assignments via the MyUnisa sight for this subject yet it clearly states in the tutorial letter that we can submit it online.
3) How do we know how much to write for each question? There is absolutely no indication of how marks will be awarded or even the total for the assignment.
4) Many students have asked the same questions (via email and on the discussion forum) and the discussion forum is full of similar issues. Is email the best way to stay in contact with you? (obviously it isn't)
