BPT1501 unable to complete assignments

Unisa was suppose to open my BPT1501 module, which is an online module. When I open the tab there is no study material available. I have tried contacting the site coordinator, but I'm not getting any response.
I called unisa for help, but they told me to contact the lecturer or the site coordinator. I can not join in on the discussions, as I was not allocated to a group. My first assignment is due on Friday the 7th of February. I feel it is unfair if I get penalized and get a zero mark due to this.
