I registed for my subjects on the 10th of January 2013, First there was a problem with my registration, I sent several emails, smses, called every number available and not one person ever bothered to come back to me.

I now have still not received my study material and my assignments are due in a week, again I have called every number available and no one answers the telephone or when they answer I have had the phone put down on me several times, each person has no idea what the other person has done and not one person is willing to assist me. I need to know what is happening with my books.
I managed to get hold of someone on the 11th of February and they advised that my books would need to be redispatched, Please could someone come back to as to what is happening with my books.
