Taking money for no reason

I to have had R38 off my bank account and have no idea what for I spoke to a wayne and he took my details and said someone would contact me in 30mins about this, that was at 8am and still no word the only way i see fit to sort this out is now to go to the police and lay a claim of against them if this is not sorted by close of business today. I also want to know how the they got my bank details to do this and how they obtained authorisation to debit my account.
