Payment not allocated since Sep 2012 - NO Results

I've just had about enough of Damelin! My saga continues. I registered and paid for June 2012 exams, wrote and when I requested my results I was told they are witheld because I owe DCC but eventually got my result and the matter of fees was still pending. I went to to registering and paying for 3 subjects for Nov 2013 - DCC only registered me for 2! So now, there are 2 matters, 1. Outstanding payment from nowhere, and 2. My refund. Till today, 1. no one knows when my payment of 3 subjects will be allocated to my account so that I can get my refund back, 2. no one can explain to me why I owe R420 and 3. I DONT HAVE MY NOV results because I OWE DCC!!! I am sick of phoning your call centre only to be told my matter has been escalated and that all the supervisors and managers are in meetings - come on, this has been going on for HALF A YEAR ALREADY!!! Get your act together and GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK and MY RESULTS
