They wont give me prompt feedback

I wrote my exams in june, in August I received an email inviting me to register for December exams. I asked why did I get an Invite when I have not even received my results as yet and I was told that my results would be out on the 23 August, I waited until I decided a week later to follow up as I had still not received my results and the lady at the contact centre searched for the results while I was on the line but could not trace them. She advised that she would follow up and a week went by without feedback. I decided to send an email to Maritsa (an Employee at Damelin) who forwarded the mail to the exams department and I was given results for 2011, I know that I could have not repeated the subject and received the same results, I replied with the screenshot of my previous results as I knw that I have actually scored higher marks (I marked all the answers on the question paper and checked them). I have request a copy of my exam paper because I have a feeling that they have lost my paper and decided to supply my previous results, hence the running around by damelin and still no one wants to help.
