Terrible UNISA Admin!

I applied online to UNISA last year. I had all the necessary documentation, which was correctly certified, and e-mailed on time. I then received an e-mail almost 3 weeks later requisting that I resend all the necessary documentation as it had not be received when I sent in my online application form. I also had to repay the R100.00 application fee as that also had not been received! I posted everything again, and paid another R100.00 in November, although I have still had no feedback!

Whenever I send an e-mail to enquire as to how my application is coming along, it takes weeks to get a reply, which is not helpful most of the time. I have had several different people reply to me, and they keep asking for all of the documentation. I'm not sure how many times I actually need to submit everything before someone takes notice. I even get called the wrong name when it is clearly stated in the e-mails I send.

It is already February, so probably too late to get myself organised IF I actually have been accepted but have not been informed. I'm disappointed by the disorganisation of UNISA Admin.
