Unisa
Avoid UNISA!! You will wait weeks assistance!

I requested an extra module be added to my first or second semester as the Unisa rules state that if you are in your last year of study, they will grant you additional 24 NQF points to complete your degree provided your average is above 60%. I requested this on 14 January and subsequently emailed them the same thing on 21 January, 22 January, 25 January, 1 February and again today 12 February. Lizelle Stemmet eventually answered my plea for assistance on 31 January but knew nothing of the rules (Section 9) so I was simply told it can't be done UNTIL I showed her the rules! She then made me fill in the form and send it to Mr De Bruin for approval... that was on 31 January and I am still waiting!

In-between I had Portia Ngcobo respond and tell me I am trying to take a module that has a prerequisite... she misread the form and was advising me on a totally different module! Incompetent.
Today I had a Muhupa Lesufi tell me it can't be done because registration is closed for Semester 1! What a cheek considering it would have been fine provided these were competent at their jobs! Pity Unisa is not so slow on taking your money.

Avoid studying here... they are incompetent!
