Application Additional Module to Complete Degree

I applied on 10/07/2013 to register for an additional module this semester in order to complete my degree this year. Since I have not received any feedback by the 31st of July (final day to pay study fees), I paid the minimum amount payable as stated on the registration letter for the initial 5 modules. I checked the My Life email account for feedback regarding the approval of the additional module; however, no feedback. Finally, on 08/08/2013 I received a letter via post which confirmed that I have been temporarily registered for the additional module; dated 30/07/2013. At present, as explained by Mrs Mabusela, I am NOT registered for the additional module: "not enough funds to register the additional module, anyways, registrations have already closed". After a lengthy telephonic conversation and this same lady asking me to forward all relevant documentation to her; I have not received feedback at all. How on earth should I have known that I was supposed to pay for the registration of the additional module without knowledge that it has been approved at all & that it was only received via post on 08/08/2013? Poor administration will result in me having to study a further 6 months!
