Pending Admission feedback for 1st semester!!!

Could you please assist me, I've applied for admission on the 25th January 2013 to study Bcom-banking, I sent through all documents including additional ones. Yesterday the Hr officer asked me when am I bringing the list of textbooks so that they could order them.
I've been calling for the past 2 weeks my manager even banned me from using the department phone because I spend a lot of time being placed on hold only to be told the application is pending.

The registration date has passed I still haven't got any feedback from the school, I don't even know If my application was accepted or declined even though I paid for admission plus 1st semester.

Could you please give me feedback about the application so that I can forward it to the company.

I've waited for almost 2 years for the company to approve this study loan, I keep calling daily and sending emails to different people at Milpark (cape town), but I still haven't received any feedback.

Your response and assistance would be highly appreciated.
