I joined today's OSA at 8am I completed my details and saw the submit button on the first page.
I understood that I had to submit my personal details to continue with the assessment. I then received a message to say I have submitted my assessment and could not continue further.
I called Mancosa at 8:10 am.
After speaking to three people, I was was advised that I cannot continue further. I waited for a senior official to call me but same was not forthcoming.

They now state that I must write the the supplementary... as there is nothing that they can do. This submission that they refer to was 5 minutes into the 8 hours provided. This now prevents me a further chance to write and will cost me further to write the supplementary.. Not to mention that I had to take leave.

This is the outcome of one year of studies and a major sum of fees.

Really unacceptable and disappointing. Mancosa has a serious flaw in their system by placing the submit button right at the top of the OSA.
