Stopping student from continuing with studies due to finances

Good Morning to whom this may concern
i am a third year student at Mancosa i have a made sure sure in each year my finances have been paid up now due to the country National Lock down. i have only recently been back at work from June i have advised Mancosa that i will be making payment arrangements in the upcoming months and Mancosa is just being adamant of not assisting students if they do not get any Money paid to them. now i am unable to get my results and also unable to continue further in my studies and this is my last year. The difference is if i have not paid them under different circumstances then i understand where they are coming from now we are facing a crisis in the country and its affecting me a as person financially, and they just want to be difficult and yet being a institute for learning. can i get some further assistance in this please. i am sure the entire country knows how difficult it is for sales people thats working in the motor industry at the moment.
