On the 28th of January my study material was dispatched from UNISA with waybill number UNP2097106. I phoned Busi to change the delivery address with Busi because there was no one to sign for it. When I made a follow up I was promised delivery for the following day on the new address. 3 guys phoned me on different days to make delivery on the previous address that I have changed but nothing happened until today...
I'm doing a master degree and I'm paying all the fees by myself so I feel so bad that my money is just going straight to the drain because of the textbook delays as I have experienced the very same delay with my 1st textbooks delivery for waybill UNP4127153.I've got assignments and test that are due soon but I can do nothing without textbooks. I have never experienced such poor service. I just wonder what is really motivating Skynet to do business if they can't meet their customer's needs. They don't take their customers serious and their employees are not helpful at all. I think UNISA is risking with our future by giving such uncommitted companies tenders to handle student's study material.
