REGISTRATION PROBLEM

Unable to register for 2013 semester despite having paid. Still says "temporary registered awaiting payment and /or documents." Multiple emails and phone calls to Unisa have gone unanswered.

They also changed course codes so none of my modules that I passed under the old code are recognized and because of the change in course code the system seems to think I have changed qualifications.

HOW CAN A DISTANCE LEARNING INSTITUTION HAVE A UP ONLINE SYSTEM???
