Cannot re-register for BBA, worst institution EVER

I am trying to re-register for by BBA course (subject code 02216) which i started in 2005, Student Number 36309494... I have about 6 or 7 modules left in order to finish it and the unisa website will not let me re- register for it under the correct Qualification code (02216) I then have to register under the BBA code 98316 and when i try to complete the registration i get an error code telling me the system cannot access my Majors Course.

When i try to register for the 2013 year under the code 02216 (BBA) i get an error message saying " the selected qualification is only available for repeaters" WHICH I AM... I Registered for this course in 2005. Can someone from unisa please get back to me asap as i have been trying to sort this out since Monday the 21 January. The service is horrific for a so called "tertiary institution"
