Fly by nights!

I was looking for a school to go, a college preferably as I wanted to do a national diploma in chemical engineering, so what I knew was that Damelin offered engineering courses, I went and was told I could do it and was given fact sheets and everything, I went back 2weeks later to confirm a couple of things and was told they don't offer chemical engineering, I was confused because the previous person gave me information about it all then they tell me it doesn't exist?? so I asked the consultant why I was to and he told me the person didn't know, he also told me that this was the first year that they were introducing engineering, funny thing is that a friend of mine was doing engineering at Damelin last year, so they offered him a course that didn't exist?! these kind of schools need to be investigated they ruin people's futures and lives.
