I was keen on registering this year with College SA and have been trying to get some information and cost of a computer course since 21st Jan. Shockingly their lines are always busy (which i don't mind as its the beginning of the year and i assume their workload would be high), however i have left my number on 4 occasions expecting a call back within a day or so. After emailing them a few times (first mail sent on 23 Jan), i eventually got a call from someone after having to send follow up emails. Now, having no faith in their ability to guide me on a course i asked the guy to just quote me on the cost of the specific course and payment options before i decided to register, this was 27 Jan.
It's 2 days later and i'm still waiting on this guy to email me the course price. WOW, SHOCKING! Last response from him was on the 27th, saying that he is going home and waiting on a combo request for prices.
i cant believe the shocking service, even just wanting to know the FEES, and even that seems impossible... CRAZY!...
