No response from college SA

I am really unhappy. i am so tired of waiting for a response it is not even funny every time i want to find out something they say they will get back to me and they don't i have to phone or email them again. in the beginning when they want you to register the response is great but now there is nothing. i'm also not very impressed they i have to courier my POE myself if i want to make sure i get it in time. if i knew about this sooner i could have already started with my formative but once again it took ages for me to find out i need to contact the ICB for this information. i left messages for my student advisor to get back to me but he never did, if he did i would of known sooner what to do.
