Grade 8 Books ordered

We have started using Impak for education from last year July. My boy (Student 19946) have passed grade 7 and started with grade 8 in January as all the schools does. I have registered for the new year in December the 3rd and paid the book fees once off. They then said that the books will be sent to us in the second week of January. They sent the books on the 15th of January the 3rd week in January already late. I went to pick the books up on the 21st of January. When I opened the box the books were in English and not in Afrikaans as stated on the forms fill in to register. I have called them twice about this problem and both times I spoke to Luan Erasmus a contact centre agent after holding for 15 minutes both times. I did send 2 mails to the [Email Removed] and one mail the region manager of Mpumalanga Alta Massyn and still haven't received any feedback or mail from anybody. The contact centre agent Luan said that they did send me the English version of the books because I filled in the English form and that I need to cancel the registration and fill in the Afrikaans version of the registration form. This is not going to happen it was their mistake and not mine.
