Ooks not delivered wrong report card not fixed

Al tough we ordered this years books August 2013 we still did not receive anything the call centre take 10 minutes or more to take a call while my airtime is running out! And the reply is the books are at the printers. My son's marks were read in wrongly last year and al tough I reported it already last year nothing is being done. I really don't know what to do and grade 12 is blinking wickedly
