How Can Kids Studying through them not have books

My Daughter registered for Grade 12 with them, all paid up to date and now we wait for books. each time we call we get a different story. Today took the cake, "Books are still being compiled" what the school has started and the Grade 12 year is super short can we have the books already!!!

Please get back to me this is a huge problem.

Very Very frustrated that no one is able to give an answer to when we will get them.
