A very rude and ill manered man

I've just called into the numbers I found on the UNISA webiste in search of a Chrissie Marais at the Florida campus - the student advisor who supposedly sent in my details to the Pretoria headoffice on the 21st January 2013 to register me for an extra 2 modules as this is my final registration to graduate. Never mind the fact that this, 3 weeks later, still has not been done and I must be the one calling countless times to get ahold of the Florida campus to follow up as to why this is the case. And that's when now around 14:02 I encountered a very rude Calvin Sias who was arrogant and rude enough to tell me that "Chrissie Marais sits downstairs. He cannot give me her number for her or for someone close by as he is not the switchboard. And he doesn't care to whom I complain to". Funnily enough... 2 mins later I speak to a Nicole who can and did provide me with a number for the lady I was looking for. UNISA staff need to be made to stop with this constant air of not caring, not being helpful and "treating us students" as imbeciles who know nothing or have no rights. I am seriously appalled at the mannerisms of Calvin and his lack of care or assistance
