REFUND

I registered with BYTES in June to study N and Security, I only managed to attend N as the canceled the class for Security and moved it to August of which I couldn't attend, I had notified them I cannot attend in August cos it was of Inconvenience and requested a Refund, Siphelele said I will get my refund on the 30th of June and then Postponed to the 15TH of July due to late submissions, but until today I haven't recieved my Refund, it came to my surprise that Refunds take 3months at BYTES, which still doesn't make sense to me, they have been communicating with a guy From African Bank for refunds recently because the money was paid by them (personal loan I made). please assist. thanks.
