Unacceptable late/no feedback re: registration

Mr. J Skhosana applied end of March for a BTech Operations Management course for semester 2, which his employer will fund, and no feedback was granted. Even when he phoned, there was no answer and when the department answered the service was useless and they didn't know what was going on. For an well known and good reputable Tertiary institution, the service and knowledge of its staff is ridiculous.

Please sort this out.
