No assistance or feedback again!

Good day,

This happens every semester, my previous semester modules remain and I cannot register for the new semester as it then gives an error at registration saying that I am already registered. So I sit in a situation where my semester 1 modules still exist and I cannot register for the second semester. I have sent emails asking for assistance with this but have received no response. This is becoming intolerable, and is tarnishing the good name of the University that I believe has a high quality of education. It leaves a bad taste in ones mouth when you cannot contact and resolve issues like this. Making phone calls doesn't work and emails have become useless. Oh and I forget to mention registration ends tomorrow. That will be a six month waste if I can't get registered, unacceptable!!!
